I didn't think GNR or AC/DC were even still around. The guitarist for GNR is another band I do believe o.O Greenday has been around too long, and they aren't even punk. System of a Down has not changed much, their songs have always came off as nonsense, but you can't complain that they don't have inspiration... SOMETHING had to of inspired them. Besides, when they have songs with messages, it's usually political rock. Limp Bizkit is still around? Slipknot isn't as bad when you listen to the right songs. Sometimes they just don't work quite right. And the majority of their fan-base are fucking retards. Guess getting rid of those guys would be worth them breaking up, indefinitely. Agreed, you should have just been able to do it in - game, PLUS none of you noticed i said 'PS2' - WTH??? I do believe the cheat activator is the same for Playstation, and yes, LULZ at your mess up. The cheats are different, though, I think.

Yeah, after you type GOURANGA you delete it and type in a cheat, and repeat for every cheat. It was a weird cheating system, IMO.

Basic gradient background. Slightly choppy cartoon image((maybe from the bevel?)). Really choppy text on both. Over-used, and out-of-place feeling white bubble curvy thing. Smooth it out a bit. The background is smooth and so is the white part, so try to make the text smoother. I'd suggest not using the bevel and emboss on any of it. Will probably look a bit better.

I never said that the PS3 was better than a PC. All I meant is that you could get more or less the same games on a 360/PS3 than you do for the PC and it could save you a lot of hassle ie installing the game, plus if he got a 360 he could have just played GTAIV from day 1, but its his decision. Yes, a lot of the same games, but not always the same experience. I can play RPGs, The Sims, and FPS games all day long on a PC. Not on a console. I can play GTA and Zelda all day long on a console, but it isn't really the same on PC. And with installing games, you then have them on your HDD and you don't actually NEED all these fragile disks. Yeah, ALL you can upgrade is the hard drive. And on consoles, that doesn't exactly give you faster gameplay((because it's playing off the disk....)). And "most of the top games" don't come out on consoles first. There are plenty of games I love on the PC that either didn't come out on consoles, or just sucked. The PS3 IS out-dated in terms of PCs..... It pisses me off when people refer to the PS3 as a "super-computer". It isn't. No where near, even. Ah, so being stuck with the out-dated technology because consumers would just get pissed buying a new console every year is a GOOD thing? Huh. Funny.... Just because you don't "update" until the next console is out doesn't mean it's a good thing. You CAN upgrade your PC doesn't mean you HAVE to. It's nice to have the option, though. I call bullshit. Windows XP, to run smoothly, would AT LEAST require the amount of RAM the PS3 has. So is it running Linux AND XP at the same time? That's TOTAL BS, unless they are just using an exploit to get XP running. Beyond that, the games shouldn't run properly at all. I ran it just fine running Windows XP MCE and 1GB of RAM. -shrugs- Haven't played it much since, though. Haven't got to see how it runs with 2GBS just yet.

If you got an ALMOST top of the line PC RIGHT now you'd have a SIGNIFICANTLY better machine than the PS3.... And it would ALWAYS be better than it, rather or not you upgraded it. And the ABILITY to upgrade is a GOOD thing. Can you walk down to the store and buy more RAM for your PS3? Nope. Sorry. You can't. You see, before the consoles even come out, they are ALREADY lower-spec'd than PCs.... A lot of PC games don't come to consoles, and when a lot do, they SUCK. ALA The Sims? First Person Shooters? And just know your general specs. It helps to know basic things like your free HDD space, RAM, V-RAM, and processor speed((or the processor, at least)). Yeah, you might not have to install, but you DO need to keep track of your disks. You don't have to do that with PCs... If you know where to go you can get pretty good PCs for EQUAL or LESS than the PS3. The only thing more disgraceful than that is really great games that come to consoles and RUIN the game. Well, GTA is easier on console, but FPS games are way better with mouse and keyboard.

Because I've never heard of a movie that was 50+ GBs? And of them, Pirates? And how exactly would you know it was 50+ GBs? Furthermore, if it's on TWO DISCS, the MOVIE isn't 50+ GBs, for a LOT of that would be EXTRA FEATURES.

Um, At World's End was released for ALL THREE current consoles, PS2, PSP, DS, and PC...... So it wasn't exactly obvious you were talking about the movie.

Dude, fuck Blu-ray. San Andreas takes up only 3GB and Oblivion takes up 6GB. Blu-ray isn't all that great, man. Fuck Blu-Ray? Why? It's needed. All of my DVD's look like trash on my HDTV. My Blu-Ray movies look amazing. GTA IV may not be 50GB's, Oblivion may not be 50GB's, but Pirates Of The Caribbean is 50+GB's. (It uses two disks.) And yes, its awesome, better than HD-DVD at least. Anyway, I think we all know GTA IV is coming to the PC. Do you mean the Pirates VIDEO GAME? Because you're a dumbass if you do.... And Bluray is NOT needed. The only significance is the data storage.... A: We don't need 50GBs and B: There are BIGGER DISKS OUT THERE. Eat. Shit. Bluray. It's need because DVD's look like trash on my HDTV. I'd show you comparison pictures of Casino Royal in Blu-Ray and in DVD, but I don't think a camera phone would really show the difference. If you need MANY more reasons, go to any one of the many websites dedicated to both Blu-Ray and HD-DVD. (And I would also like to not argue on the matter, so lets just leave it at that shall we? You don't need it, and I do.) And those are exactly my thoughts on when a PC version of the game could be released. OMG, DVDs don't look like heaven on your tv! God forbid it! Maybe not? The ORIGINAL GTA STARTED on the PC.... GTA2 I believe wasn't released for the PS1, only the Dreamcast. Yeah it was, first, infact. I had GTA 2 for the Playstation before Dreamcast came out. Bluray players ARE out, buddy. And GTA IV won't be 50GBs...... Again, GTA IV won't be 50GBs...... Dude, again, you don't know near as much about the gaming industry as you think you do. The "old town" = BEST GTA location to date, only WAY IMPROVED and detailed. Who the hell cares about an "ugly character"? Most the GTA characters have been ugly.... And you know NOTHING about the storyline except the very beginning. Which doesn't look "shitty". So in essence, a few of you need to stop being douches... Yes, I believe we'll see it on PC.

If it was only 3GB on the Xbox, the version that had the better graphics and more features, why would it be MORE than this on the PS2? BTW, they claimed it was on a dual-layer DVD, and yet my friend burned the entire game to a single layer DVD with no problem. So yeah.... DVD = 4.8 GB amirite?

Dude, I'M a casual gamer. I LOVE Zelda. It's my single most favorite game of all time. And I never said anything about hardcore gamers leaving. I said there aren't many hardcore gamers who obsess over Nintendo games. I've never seen someone saying, "ZELDA IS THE GREATEST FUCKING GAME OF ALL TIME AND NO OTHER GAME IS EVEN CONSIDERED GOOD NEXT TO IT AND IT'S THE ONLY GAME THAT MATTERS AND I WILL OWN YOUR ASS AT IT BECAUSE NO ONE IS AS GOOD AS I AM I WILL FUCKING KILL YOUR FUCKING ASS AT THAT GAME! If you say Zelda isin't popular among hardcore gamers, then what Nintendo game is? How is Zelda, a (possibly) 80 hour long game not for a hardcore gamer? Nintendo has a huge hardcore fanbase, and they love Mario, Zelda, Smash Bros, and Star Fox. But yeah, we do have quite different definitions on "hardcore gamers" I suppose. Most Nintendo games AREN'T. They usually don't cater to "hardcore gamers". And Zelda isn't for hardcore gamers, it's for whoever wants to play it.

Zelda isn't really a complicated game to play. And it isn't something that's popular among "hardcore gamers". Apparently we have different definitions. "Hardcore gamers" are the ones who take gaming SERIOUSLY.

Hardcore gamers don't count as "everybody".... They have their precious little Ps3 and 360. When stating "everyone", the point is very casual gamers and even people who don't play games at all. For the most part, the only reason the "hardcore gamers" won't touch it is because it isn't Halo or CS, so it apparently isn't good enough for them.

Yeah, but the Wii only has like four games for hardcore gamers... :\ On the 360, you have CoD4, Mass Effect, Gears Of War, Halo 3, Halo Wars, Half-Life 2, etc. Thats the thing I really don't like about the Wii, not enough games for the hardcore games. Which would be a pretty good reason why the Wii isn't for "hardcore gamers", wouldn't it? Hardcore gamers usually annoy me. They become too bothersome and obsessed, and if you aren't as good as them you are "uber fail" and a "n00b". Fucking jerk-offs, I just want to relax and play my games. Christ.[/rant] But yeah, the Wii is for everyone. It gets people who aren't into gaming playing games. It's something most people who aren't fanboys or snobs can get into.

So the little character you play as changes? Big deal. It's the same GAMEPLAY in the end. You're on a field that is the same as every other game, and you're playing the same sport. The Mario and Zelda games get ENTIRELY NEW LEVELS and different power-ups, weapons, enemies, and now even some new ways of playing with the DS and Wii. So, it still stands, those football games((and sports in general)) are way more repetitive than Mario and Zelda. And you don't know what I watch in my free time.
