Correct me if im wrong but in GTA III after you blew up like a million cars, there was no cars left on the road, sept parked cars ...? i hope this aint apart of GTA IV though. i bet the game plot might be the main idea for city growth.

I sure hope so. it would be great to have seasons. like in autumn the wind would blow leaves everywhere. and in winter you could throw snow balls at peds or even start a snow fight with rival gangs !!!
