When you upgrade to 7, it'll get restored as Seven's Accessibility options are different and most of the stuff/files are gonna be fixed.

Well, TheGTAPlace doesn't have many modders, only some but they're inactive. Though it is possible to make the weapons, try Googling for those or if you can't find, see if those are good.
If not, I can't help you because I can't texture well. (I can but not well).

Okay I searched through the computer and found out that its a Dell Dimension 4450.
Processor: Intel® Pentium® 4 CPU 3.06GHz
Memory: 512MB
Bios: Default System Bios
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600)
And for that CAN YOU RUN IT? Website it says that All I need to run San Andreas is a faster Video Card.
Can you guys give me a true website?
So how the hell is that a 12 year old PC? In 1997, there were no Pentium 4's, nor 512MB of RAM, though that Home Edition needs an upgrade to Professional since HE sucks and it's a bit slow.

It seems quite good that more GTA Games are coming out.
It's not a new GTA Game, it's an expansion pack. Just like The Sims but in this one you can select which version you wanna play.

Hasn't anyone even seen that it's the wrong section of the forum?! Try lowering your Sound Acceleration, if you're on XP you may have to use dxdiag, if Vista, I don't know as I don't use/lower Sound acceleration.

It's at the end of the page. Select a category (like GTASA > Savegames) and then go to the bottom, you'll see Order By. Then click the menu and there's Downloads.

Try uninstalling them. In the ingame Trainer (I also have it) you might forgot to disable something like RagDoll mod or euphoria animations.

You didn't give us so much details? Do you have any mods installed?

Or google for XLiveLess if you don't want multiplayer, it removes the windows live interface, making the game faster and those problems will not happen again.

Duh, it's a handling mod so he has to replace the lines of the Infernus by those. Follow these steps:
- Go to your GTAVC data folder. (C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA Vice City\data)
- Make a backup of your handling.cfg file (Copy and paste it somewhere else in case the mod mucks up)
- Now open that file with Notepad.
- Then go to Find and write INFERNUS. You should get results.
- In the mod's readme or custom document, etc. copy that number line (Not the name).
- Get back to your handing.cfg and erase the original number line of the Infernus.
- Paste that one.
- Before saving, go back to the folder and right click handling.cfg and then click Proprieties. Check if it's Read Only.
- If it is, untick the box and click OK. Now save the document.
- Fire up the game and enjoy. Just be sure it doesn't crash as many people paste the line right after the name with no spaces.

It is red now. Yellow means inactive (not offline) for unknown technical reasons I think.

Sounds interesting. I just hope it'll not be as buggy and freezy as GTAIV for the PS3 but it sounds like a great game, Max Payne style?
