I have 1gb ram and a Pentium 4 2.66 ghz with RADEON XPRESS 200 series and Vista is super slow. Thats why Vista sucks. Yes Vista is good for new games like Crysis and etc but Xp can be upgraded by installing Dx10 on it.

Greetings to all. i am working on a total converstion (its a gift for my uncle) it will not be released on the internet Info: Mammo '76 Mammo means Unlce ( i live in pakistan ) Its in the 70's .I only changed some textures using Vicetxd. Changed the main menu. Gave Tommy a new look. Changed some characters faces. Changed the main intro video. All of my friends say its nice but i am thinking of improving it. So here is my question: I need a simple, easy (or free).dff editior so i can change tommy ?. i looked everywhere (google, gtaforums, gtagarage.) but i cant find the answer. please help me. Screenies:
