I have absolutely no problem with the title of Ep2. However I do remember that when Gay Tony was annouced there were many homophobes that assumed that the character would be gay. (Of course I have yet to see anyone say such a thing on TGTAP). I haven't heard anything about dildos being in the game. No, lol. Places like Gamespot wont sell M-rated games to anyone under 17 with out an adult from my personal experience. Try and find another place, then flash them your money. I bought MANHUNT myself when I was only 13 at a smaller gaming store. Has someone already posted they just care about the money. Good luck.
