Rockstar have updated the official San Andreas site with a load more wallpapers and a few new postcards. They are all based on artwork we have seen before but in many different resolutions for use on your own computer. Link: Official Desktops Thanks: GTASanAn

Take2 have issued a press release with details of the 8CD boxset for San Andreas. The compilation is set for release throughout Europe on December 6th, and North America the following day, December 7th (proof that the American's don't get everything before us). This is two weeks after the release of the 2CD and DVD Special which is released later this month. I added in K Rose so it can be voted for now my favourite is Radio X for the rock music, and Sage is funny, closely followed by WCTR, there are some funny things said on there, sexual innuendos too

well yeah you can but the quality isn't that good Cryptecks: It saves as an .avi by default but i'm pretty sure you can change it, you can download free video capture programs anyway, you dont have to use the one that comes with it, you only need the actual device smartboy4: you can use a digital camcorder but the quality wont be that good and it will pick up the black lines that the human eye can't see same with digital camera unless you can set shutter speed to extremely low (or is it high??) EDIT: If anybody is wanting to take quality screenshots off their TV using a digital camera, read this article here - http://hacks.oreilly.com/pub/h/1814 it tells you how to capture it so it doesnt show the 'mysterious black bars'

I would just like to point out that i have taken the time to make sure ALL of our downloads are working, I made a little debugging script that checks every single file in pafiledb to tell me whether a file exists or not and whether the screenshot exists or not. I used this and it now says everything exists so there shouldn't be any broken links, however if you do find any then please tell us. Thank You.

no we didn't copy gtagaming, we had this planned some time before gtagaming released v2 of their site, and anyway other sites do the same thing, gtawh for one do a similar thing but anyway what did you think of my stunt vid?

Sorry once again for the downtime last week, I really do hope this doesn't happen again. Anyway on a positive note, I did get my second Vice City stunt video uploaded. It's been sitting on my computer for 6 months now (yes, all that time). It's over 5 minutes long and contains all new stunts not seen in my first stunt video. what im using is Dazzle DVC-80, plug my ps2 into it and play it and capture it

Gamespot have made their own guide to San Andreas, including lots of screenshots of where you need to go and what you need to do. It's good if you are stuck somewhere in the game, our forums are also another good place to go. you need to complete more missions to gain more resect, then target your gang members and press up and they should join you

Yeah you will see alot of forums have Administrator as member no 1 as opposed to the actual webmaster. Its usually only used when we need root access for something

since this topic was started the arcade has been removed, if there are enough requests for one then I will get another one (better than the one we had before)
