Rockstar released a new screenshot just for all the GTA fansites, it shows "CJ outside the Los Santos convention center, which bears more than a passing resemblance to the home of E3!"

yeah its a good skin but pink wouldnt suit this forum, what would suit this forum is a san andreas themed skin, by that i mean wiht red colours and such red and grey and white/silver would be good colours to use, if you do that and we decide to use it i'll give you lots of forum $$$$

i would keep off that site, they arent allowed those pics on there and GameInformer did talk about legal action so if they arent removed soon i would expect to see that site being closed down soon

I tweaked the layout slightly to reflect the red/orange colours of San Andreas. I made a new logo and changed the layout of the news so it is easier to read (I think it is anyway) If you are still seeing old pages/images then press Ctrl + F5 to force a refresh and you should see the updated page. would it fix my derelict GTA3 and VC discs, my old ps2 chewed em up i tried toothpaste on them and that didnt work

Over the past 24 hours you probably noticed we had a strange error on the site. Probably happened becuase the server was too busy and the mysql server was also busy and caused an error in one of the tables, i tried fixing it last night with no luck but i tried again just now and it seems to be fine. So sorry for any inconvenience caused, everything should be ok now

thats right, SA is set before GTA3 so here is what I think.. On the end of the VROCK CD you here Lazlow getting kicked off the rock station (Lazlow talks about getting kicked off it when he is hosting Chatterbox on GTA3) So he may well be on a chat station similar to chatterbox, or maybe another rock station his personality doesn'y really suit another type of radio

It's quite possible, Alex from GTANET emailed him and asked him whether or not he would return, in his reply, Lazlow stated this: So maybe he will, if the answer is simple then I take that to mean that he will return in San Andreas

thats actually a good point, i cant actually tell who they are, usually they use emails which are obviously themselves but its not fair if it was a normal member

Are you the administrator on your computer? what might be the problem is that the administator installed stuff just for him or for administrators then you log on as a normal user and you cant see it you could just manually make folders and copy shortcuts to the start menu folder

Do you happen to have written any info about the characters in GTA3 becuase that would be good too

I would expect it to be on 2 discs look at where it says Ragdoll Physics, thats just gonna be awesome, its gonna be just like real life, the sheer size of the cities will be amazing the whole game will be just so immense

This is some awesome new San Andreas info here, it's a summary of what will be in GameInformer's upcoming magazine. Full Credit to GTAGaming for the info. [Temporarily removed due to GameInformer wanting to keep it a truly world exclusive to their magazine so we are accepting their wishes and are removing it until they give us permission to put it up again]

Just thought i'd post a couple of news stories to calm the excitement down from the screenshots, the first of which is from the magazine 'Game Informer' who have conformed they will be giving us the world exclusive preview of San Andreas The second story is from Gamespot, they are saying that Rockstar have released plot details but i'm not sure how real they are. If you can't be bothered to read it all just skip down to the bottom where I have summarized it all. So from this I have gathered these facts: The game will be set in the early 1990's The main character will be called CJ a.k.a Carl Johnson The game will be set in the state of San Andreas (not city as previously thought) and will revolve around several cities, one of which maybe called Los Santos You can decide how true this all is but it's from GameSpot and they're usually pretty reliable

Finally the day is here where we have the first official screens http://www.rockstargames.com/sanandreas/ has been updated with a nice new Flash intro and they've added the first few screenshots too!
