Then when you find Big Smoke, kill him and he wears body armor. Then Tenpenny shows up and tells you to collect Smoke's money. Then he escapes and shoots the lights so the place is about to burn. You have to escape in an amount of limited time (6 minutes), then when your out Tenpenny attempts to escape in a firetruck. Sweet jumps on the ladder and you have to keep up and make sure he's safe. Then Sweet is thrown on the hood of your car. He drives and you shoot all the rioters after you. After a long chase Tenpenny losses control and crashes down the bridge on Grove Street and dies. Afterward a bunch of random characters appear and the storyline ends, woohoo! - Greenwood, firetruck, Feltzer, Hermes, police car, sanchez. - CJ, Sweet, Big Smoke, Tenpenny, Cesar, Kendl, The Truth, Ken Rosenberg, Kent Paul, Madd Dogg, Maccer....
