No fool has 3ghz. Only Intel pentium 4's have that. But if you'd be stupid to buy that in a world where duo cores and quad cores are coming. The best processor is a 2.66 quad core smart. edit: 1000mhz is shit, a psp probably has more.

Little late on this, but this looks awesome. This is about forcing me to buy a 360. I really don't want to wait a year untill I can finally play it. This doesn't have anything directly to do with graphics... I don't think GTA IV will have it that good, somehow. But it looks great. And will require lot's of power to for PC's, that is if it ever get's a PC release.

You mean you make mods or just aply mods. I'm not playing San Andreas alot lately, it is actually.. starting to become boring just roaming arround. And I seriously don't see how mods could take that away. But the missions are still nice.
