First of all, if you want to mod, get PC version. PS2 version is just way to much of a hasle, and you have to first make your ps2 capable of playing disc's you have burned yourself.

Nope, normaly you only can replace the vehicle that is already given as file name. You can however ty SAMI to replace something else.

You might want to change to topic title, and put "Greetings From Amsterdam" as description. Anyways, the collision editor has nothing to do with installing a mod. Just replace the files.
