I had the same thing like yours but with the submarine (i never knew it was there i saw it on some youtube vid about vc secrets)

Ok if you want the wheels just retextured you will need to use txdworkshop or some other program you can open wheels.txd just like gta3.img but you have to press open txd thats all

I have this problem i replace 1 sound in sfx.sdt and the when i try to replace one more it doesnt let (tryed a lot of stuff)

For now i just found a video about the mod il try to search for it again for you (maybe later)

I think vice city beta mod is already made.

SOLVED What i was asking to change about was just the alpha texture Everyone who want to replace alpha textures Should do this:get txdworkshop open gta3.img find a txd that has an alpha (if it has an alpha it should be writen red underneath the name of the texture). Then press alpha view and export the aplha texture.Then retexture it ( you can only retexture the aplha with black and white). And then replace the old aplha with your new aplha in gta3.img. And now wre done

Hey remember when you said on youtube that you just copied stuff from extreme tuning? You should search the mods that people didnt see so much. Nice that this mod is not just replaced cars but new script,enbseries,camhack and for now stunt parks that arent overused in other mods. Oh and i almost forgot post some pics!!!

Tryed it but i want vice city to be more extreme,you know: many stunt places and much sport cars

You should try out killekips mod there are very many stunt places and some cool cars but because there are some much stunt places the games enviroment starts flashing

So i want to download a mod and there are two of them so tell me which one is better gta vc deluxe or gta vc killerkip
