I'm sick of sucking at simulators, I'm not a big fan of them, but I don't like sucking at any game that's not Cock o Doody Call of Duty. And since I'm only into PC gaming I'm destined to suck at 'em forever cause all I have is the mouse and keyboard. And here's where I request the help of you (yeah, you). I wanna buy a steering wheel, not first on my wish list for 2011, but some day. Anybody know a good model? True / False: All the weapons that you CAN buy in Ammu-Nation CAN be bought in Ammu-Nation (duh), the ones on display however don't even appear as actual weapons in the game, most of 'em. [T/F] All the planes in the game are flyable.

Anyway, so I finally found someone to play GTA IV with, and, well I don't know how but we get shit connection only when we play with each other, when we join public games (full of noobs, cheaters and hackers) we barely get any lag. I suspect it's cause of the big differences between our internet speeds, mine is: -Download: 80 - 120 MB/s, usually 98 MB/s -Upload: Never went over 81 MB/s -Ping: Usually 4 -Loc: Romania His: -Download: 9.98 MB/s -Upload: 0.48 MB/s -Ping: 23 -Loc: UK, Scotland We also have similar PC's and identical GPU's. Both overheating lul. The problem was most noticeable in Race / GTA Race, I would pass him at the start even if I had a Super GT / Turismo and he had a Comet (I'm not talking 1 or 2 meters distance that can normally occur, I usually built about 100 meters in 10 seconds of straight line). Now to my question, any way I can limit my internet speed without having to take out my network card (and using the one incorporated in my muthaboard, which limits my speed to 20 MB/s) ONLY when I play GTA IV? Why would you wanna do that? I edited the files in GTA IV to give me unlimited ammo like in SA lul (you get it if you finish the game 100%, but the extra ammo doesn't stay with you when you save... ROCKSTAR!!!!!!) Amyway no, to my knowledge, it's not possible unless you use an external script like ASi.
