no hes not a mute, maybe his vocal chords where just hurt when he was in gta3. maybe part of the start of gta4 he could be at the doctors in libert city(or VC or SA) and the doctor will say there was somehting wrong with his vocal chords that he got a disease from jail and they fixed his voice. and then you could hear him talk.

ok sorry i didnt see that you posted it, and they will have giant maps and you will haf to fly to the other maps like to lc, so it would be a good idea to go 10,000 miles per hour. ad they should also have many different types of planes and helis for each city. like diff design and everything.

yeah, more likeley to be something more exciting, not that hawaiis not exciting but not in a gta way. more like japan, london, germany, and US. those are the places with the most gta like likings. and gta2 had no other gta cities, it was supposed to be in the future in about 2013, it had residential city, industrial city, and downtown city. no lc sa or vc.

all these things over 1 min are crap, just get the infinite wheelie mod. in that mod it makes you look like your wheelieing by pressing a button and it goes up and wobbles too. so i dont believe anything over 1 minute is real.
