I don't know how anyone is buying the new Need for Speed! The franchise went downhill a long time ago, the fact it's selling is just because of the massive amount of marketing that went into the game. I bet that more money went into marketing than into development. I feel sorry for the next Midnight Club which is coming out next year. It's going to be an awesome game, but sadly we all know Rockstar don't have the amount of money that EA has.

2008 has GTA IV. It's officially the best year ever.

I'm saving up for an Xbox 360, I'm going to be going neutral in this generation. So I wanted your opinions on some things: 1. There is a hella a lot of different types of hardware (Pro, arcade, elite, premium etc...). What one should be best for me? I will only be playing games so not much space is needed, my PS3 does that job 2. Games, I'm not buying into the Halo hype that much, what other games should I get? 3. I currently have just over £110 saved up. Is Xbox Live a must? How much does it cost?

Currently I have over 15 Blu-Ray movies, and since Blu is winning HD-DVD by 3 to 1 I'd say the future is looking blu. It may be more expensive but the quality is outstanding. And thanks to the new update (1.1) it's even better!

Don't you have a ps3? Anyway if you buy the wii then you can't play GTA IV. Yeah, but I'm just saying that he should choose what console he thinks suits him. From the sounds of it, he suits the PS2 controller so the PS3 would be perfect for him.

Well honestly... If you want a cheap Blu-Ray player, free online play, a place to store all your music, videos and pictures. Then get a PS3. If you want a gaming machine, where you have to pay for online play, get a 360. Or you could just get a Wii, cus it pWns all!
