I realized Most Wanted was better than Carbon (no need to argue on this.Its my choice) And tried to install that. Once the setup starts.It pulls some DirectX Dialog Box. It runs for some time and then an error comes up that this game required DirectX 9.0c or higher.I already have 9.0c on my PC.Still it asks me to upgrade. What could be the problem?

@Toxic As Genyus explained.Stunting with FL off is regarded as Modding.And few stunts in this vid definitely looked modded. Keeping FL off enables you to get more height than normal.

Different Mods need different versions of DeMagic Wheels. Use the latest version i think. And try not to swear when you ask for help.
