Also since GTA went 3D it has ALWAYS been set in the U.S, which mean's most more then likley it will stay that way, and maybe its not with the idea that they love ur country.. More to do with the fact that U.S is the gaming industrie's biggest market.. So they want it to appeal to American's as much as possible. Most game's are set in the U.S and there's a reason for that I guess as well that you couldn't have the same humour if it was set in Paris or Tokyo, most french people don't even speak english.
