  1. It's not weird for the simple fact we dont know it any other way. Probably the same as me asking is a white christmas weird for you? You've done it your whole life so it's perfectly normal :P

Yeah Christmas is normally a spit roast or BBQ with the family and a beer or 10.

  2. Actually peaked 45 in my state (Victoria). In the mid 20's or so overnight. Hot nights are the worst.

As for the cold, Where i live it doesn't even get to 0 during winter, In fact our winters are probably hotter then your summers :P

  3. I do prefer the heat then the cold, Don't get me wrong.

But where there is heat there is the real risk of bush fires (I'm sure everyone knows about black saturday last year) and of course the heat is good... When you have a pool or are down at the beach.

  4. So i'm bored, Cooking here in my room.

Anyone else here from Melbourne dying in the 43 degree (Celcius) heat?

What makes it worse is i had my PC on all night downloading and someone turned my fan off in the morning and my PC lets out more heat then the damn heater. So i basically woke up as a peice of charcoal.

    Also a bad bushfire threat.

  5. Bump, Yeah it saved making a new topic.

Anyway, I'm building a whole new PC insted. Just making sure that this is all i need to buy for it.

Is there anything else i would need to buy or not.

    Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-M85M-US2H

    CPU: AMD PHENOM X4 Quad Core 9750 CPU, 2.4GHz (125W), 4MB Cache, Socket AM2+

    HDD: Seagate SATA 1TB

    Ram: 4GB 800 Kingston (2x2gb) DDR2

    Video Card: ATI HD4760 1gb

    PSU: Asus U65GA 650W

DVD Drive: LG DVD WRITER IDE BLACK

    Case: Thermaltake V9

    Total: $885.30

  6. oh cool. apart from CPU i guess :P

what do you play on PC ?

yeah that mobo is the same CPU type and ddr2, and has PCIe slot lol.

tell me you dont have vista :P

(dont tell me about requirements and its faster etc, its just terrible)

I play heaps of games. CSS, Sims 3, Bioshock, Gmod and more. Thats before it went on me. Also the CPU is Socket AM2, My current and new Motherboard supports AM2 (Dual core AMD cpus such as Athlons are AM2 as well) so i could upgrade it, I think. Would probaby need a new PSU though. No i dont use Vista ;P
