Rockstar would be fools not to release GTA 4 on the PC. I mean, look at how many people play GTA on the PC! An assload of people. Oh, and GTA 4 would probably take up anywhere from 5-7GB of a DVD. That's just my guess. Blu-ray fails, because there is no game that would use 50GB.

Give or take. I've actually heard San Andreas is closer to 3.9GB, but close enough.
