i could do some wmm2 editing , as from tomoro im gunna have san andreas coz its ma bday Tomoz We should decide on the music when we have the editer(s) and all the stunters as some stunters may not like it

The only thing i can think of IS. Re-install your game. When it comes to the point were it says Choose what you'd liek to install Make sure theres a tick next to vice city radio. then follow it through. Simple as. If it dosent work.......un install , delete your rockstar games folder and re-install

Hey , if you cant upload ur debut just register for free to youtube and upload it , it takes less than 30 mins. But there is an issue of low quality sometimes

To tell you the truth , i would change nothing (apart from cars buildings ect ect that can be restored to the original). Vice city was one of the most popular games of 'its' time , as have all gta's because there 'unique'. Oh i kinda lied - i would change the graphics , But that can be restored
