when you get 100% game you can watch that cut scene again and the audio will work because i had that same problem

any ways its rockstar north is mostly working on gta4. that leaves R* leeds so maybe VCS might but don't be upset if it is'nt

ya but to see other interiors like the ones used in cutsences and the safe house, you need cheat device. Theres like a 15% chance of someone finding a exploit in 2.81

all those places you can get to without cheat device. Ok you can find the mall, the little stores and the biker bar the same way those were found

witch each place like drugs, robbery, loan shark and etc... the people are different

you recruit them the same way you do in san anderas

are you talking about edsion carters cheat device, the same one he used for LCS

then cheat device won't work. there was a warning about do not upgrade to 2.81 for VCS or no cheat device

if alot of people complain about the glitches and rockstar sees them, they could make a patch to fix the glitches
