The answer to your questions is no, The new weapons and cars can only be found in Lost and Damned.

You can't change them in Lost and Damned. Sorry Johnny is stuck with what he starts with.

Just go into Options and somewhere in there you should find the option "Noise". Just turn that off

I kinda like all the new bikes added and now that Lost and Damned came out, that's all I seem to be using now.

The last update messed up some game modes for Multiplayer. I got a feeling that another update will come shortly to fix the problem.

Sorry, they are only in L&D, which kinda sucks. The only thing I noticed that was added to Niko's story was the new music and that was all.

I have been taking advantage of that last mission. Since I still have a file saved right before it and anytime I need weapons, I would load up the mission and max out the ammo on the weapons I want since there free and then kill Clay or Terry to fail the mission.

If I remember, I think you can find the Thermal Goggles under "The Big Ear" in Bone County.

I saved just before the final mission so I still have the clubhouse and that's the file I'll probably use for Free Roaming and etc... I do have another file where the story is beat but I may not use that one for awhile.

Hard to say what the problem is but I have heard some of my friends got this same problem, not sure how they fixed it so I will probably ask them when I see them next. Anyways, Doesn't San Andreas have a Frame Rate Limiter that's turned on by default (Haven't been in Single player for awhile, can't remember if it has it or not)? You could try that if you haven't already.

There is no way to get the Gloves on the Xbox 360 or the PS3 version, The Gloves were only for show and etc... If you have the PC version, Someone on GTAForums has found a way to get the gloves in game but it will require a few tools. Click Here

Just go to a local EB Games/Wal-mart and etc... and pick up a card for X number of points. Some places you'll need to ask for it since they may be behind the counter. When you do get them, my sure they activate the card or the code on the back of them wont work.

I can't see it taking too much space so you should be fine.
