In the Handling.cfg, you might be able to change the damage multiplier (if it's in the VC cfg), make it higher to make the vehicle easier to destroy. 1 will make it very easy to destroy. 0 will make it invincible.

Yeah, the replay feature is on all os the PC games. (Except I and 2) I think on Vice City, you mioght even be able to disable the HUD / Map completely, as you'd have wanted originally.

If a demo came out, i wouldn't play, nor would i so much as look at anything related to / to do with it. It's GTA. It needs to be the way it has been since GTAIII. I want it all, or not at all.

I think you can disable the HUD through the options menu, just go into options, then graphics options / visual options, the HUD and Radar on / off might be seperate, but check there. You can also use the F1 key to view a reaply of the last 30 or so seconds of game time, then record that, as the HUD / Map doesn't disply there. Hope this helps. Also, welcome to the forums. Yeah, i did the mission by just, being a better racer. Usually i would adopt dirty tactics, but i didn't find it all that challenging. I'm close to that mission on my Replay of VC right now, might just have to post back in here when i get to it. Oh, and... I'll move this.

The most common cause of this is usually Vista. If he's running vista, then he might need a more powerful system to cope with running both the OS and San Andreas. Also, are you running any trainers / spawners / conroller configuration programs in the background... That can sometimes cause this.

Despite having ( i think) only 2 doors, the maverick helicopter can carry 4 people (yourself included). Just thought I'd throw that in.
