What's w/ the little wheels? I never got that, I always used the larger "roller rink" wheels.

It's just came into be, I guess. They're only 52mm though, not too bad, I'm street all the time, so yeah. I used to use quarter inch risers, but they get in the way, a ton.

1. Open gta3img with the img tool
2. Go to the file i want to replace
Do I right click, hit replace, and get the file I want to replace it with? Because that's where it says access denied

Alright, so I've been trying to mod my VC game. But when I replace with IMG tool, it tells me 'File access denied'
