How do you do a drive by in the PC version?

I'm sure this is easy if you know, but theres nothing in the instruciton manual that says.

For the Playstation PS2, I know there are web pages that tell you what the keypad combination is, but for those of us on PCs - well maybe its just me, but I can't do it. Does anyone know the keyboard combination to hit to do drive by shootings for the level where you have to kill the purple 9's (I think I got the gang name right there)

I'm loving GTA3 - but not being able to advance becaus eof this is driving me nuts!

Well as far as I can remember, I think you just go in a car and then move the camera angle to right or left with the Q or E keys, I think you also can change it in the options menu. Anyway man, keep pressing one of those keys when in the car, make sure you got a uzi equipped, then shoot with the left mouse button or something, then it should work.

Yeah that does it, or you can change it in controls.

Num Pad 1: Left

Num Pad 2: Right

Num Pad 0: Shoot/fire

And you must have a Micro Uzi

Now, if ya wanna shoot at the right, old Num Pad 1, and pres Num Pad 0, Hold booth for a burst , to shoot right, same thing

Note: That works if you have the defauld config

There is an easy way buddy, try using the keys "E" (to point to the RIGHT side of your vehicle) and "Q" (to point to the LEFT side of your vehicle). That is, if you haven't done anything to the controls.

He also might have a problem with the keyboard mapping. I know I used a crummy keyboard for it once and I could only press 1 or 2 keys at a time depending on where they were on the keyboard.
