All you have to do is edit the scripts to the lowrider one, then you can do it. And mod it at Loco.

I think that's little hard and you will need to star the game all over.

Download an Ultimate Editor and change trucks stats to lowrider ones.

I remember pimping a Sweeper actually. Sprayed it yellow, added some NOS and Hydraulics and cruised down Grove Street.

Hey I did yhe same thing to my sweeper but It had a green pantjob and stock wheels how did you get custom wheels

because I still don't know what a master code is to my cheat device is and can't replace the cars and when I find out how to use photobuket I'll show you pics of my sweeper and quad bike

you wont need to do a new game. just go into car.dat and then change the sweeper to lowrider.
