Ivan
I think my PC has a virus, then I deleted it but now it seems like it's back, my PC says I don't have a anti-virus but I do have and there's this stupid thing telling me to buy an anti-virus. What can I do? EDIT: Now I can't update my anti-virus...shit Edited February 28, 2008 by IVAN ALEXANDROV
NSanityHD
Best option is to Download a new Anti-Virus program.. Like AVG or something. I use Zone Alarm Internet Security Suit + Anti-Virus protection.
Ivan
Best option is to Download a new Anti-Virus program.. Like AVG or something.I use Zone Alarm Internet Security Suit + Anti-Virus protection. I downloaded a new anti-virus and it's working, the strange thing is that I scanned the PC and eliminated the threats but there is still a icon that tells me to buy some stupid anti-virus. GTA Don
It's probably because it's not the full version or it's a trial version. You can get rid of it, just register and buy it, but that costs. I use Kaspersky Anti-Virus 7.0, it's awesome.

Yup, I use it and whenever you enter a site (suspicious ones only ) it warns you and shit. It's awesome. Try it.
NSanityHD
Zone Alarm has it's own Parental Control, Anti-Virus + Spyware protection. Also warns you if you have a suspicious in-coming IP Address trying to connect or get on your PC.

Huckleberry Pie
Avast is much better for me, although it has caused me a minor headache due to the startup issue... Can you give me a HijackThis log, so that I can pinpoint the problem?
