Sherman
I'll go ahead and say you're way under minimum specs. Gonna have to upgrade CPU / RAM shit tons. And vidcard I'm not sure, don't know anything about them.

Kugerfang
Intel Pentium 4 1.80 Ghz256 MB RAM Nvidia Geforce Fx 5500 (256MB) Directx9 120 GB Hard Disk That can barely run San Andreas. I have to say that R* has done a pretty bad at optimizing IV for the PC.
Joelzaar
You cant run it. Minimun sys: 1GB RAM, 512MB video, Intel 2.00 Ghz.
Huckleberry Pie
Now if only that R* wrote IV in assembly, you could probably run it on a 486... *sarcasm* Unfortunately, no. That PC of yours is highly unlikely to run such an intensive game, so you have no choice but to buy a new PC... EDIT: Oh, I forgot, he's banned already... Skinny
Man, to even get more than 15 fps you'll have to have a core2 duo. R* has done a terrible job porting this one to pc. I've got a dual core 2.66 with 2gb memory and a geforce 8500 gt overclocked and I get about 12 fps on average (At low settings!!). Then I play things like CS:S and Rainbow Six Vegas and get around 32. And those games, in my opinion, are much better looking.
