Took me half a day to edit this clip, plus hours of attempting to cross-convert it to MPEG, to which the software had a hard time with... God Bless and enjoy... The Niko lookalike is Vladimir Mashkov, who played the role of the Serbian sniper in Behind Enemy Lines (although he's actually a Russian; if it wasn't for racial stereotyping...).
