You still download things when people email them to you, which would still be illegal. Slightly less illegal than someone emailing it to you piece by piece, which is silly anyway.

Don't you have REALLY cheap computer parts in Malaysia anyway? DVD drives have gotta be like £12 here, so you should be able to get one and the game for like $20, if that.

It's illegal to copy the game without paying for it. Whether you copy the DVD, download it from a torrent or someone emails it to you.

You can buy and download it from legitimate websites, that is perfectly legal and I encourage you to get it.

So buy it from Steam or D2D, it's very cheap now.

If you don't mind paying an extra 10$ or 20$, you can get the game from Steam. Steam = Bye bye flat doughnut shaped things that constantly get scratched or lost. I only discovered it a few months ago and I feel like an idiot for buying all my games in flat doughnut shaped thing format in the past.
