Its in French (obivisly) but acording to vcspsp.com it says: Vice City Stories takes up a little more memory than the original Vice City on the disc. In the version that they played the streets seemed a little empty, however Rockstar Games assured the editors that in the final version the streets would be twice as full with pedestrians and vehicles. Rockstar are also promising a big surprise concerning the WiFi features of Vice City Stories, though that's all they're saying for the moment. It's also said that there's going to be a lot of humour in the game concerning the pair of Vances. Just so happens I have the webmaster of GTAFrance.com on my MSN contacts, and also one of the editors from a French magazine whose name I can't remember. Webmaster of GTAFrance doesn't speak English very well, I can't speak French well enough to have an articulate conversation (my French is too basic), so guy from the mag has to translate what we are saying. Such as it's easy to go from water, to land, to air; the missions are more transitonal and less cutscene small action, cutscene; it will be twice the size of LCS and have the same loading times; there will be a load of new vehicles, especially aircrafts; no eating has been confirmed; a bunch of characters, mainly new ones; Leaf Links is definetly in VCS and not existent like other sites thought; and VC is still transitioning to urban enviroment so there will be alot of poor areas.
