K_P Posted September 4, 2006 Share Posted September 4, 2006 Loads of people...The locations are shown at the bottom of the screen and there is a blip in the map showing where the target is. The first guy is high up above working on a billboard (If I remeber correctly) You will have to use the sniper rifle provided to shoot him. You can snipe the guy on the billboard easily, next you'll need to snipe the driver of the securicar from the top of some stairs, then the driver of a Bobcat and a guy with a Shotgun. Slayer Posted September 4, 2006 Share Posted September 4, 2006 Getting a bazooka has shown more than helpful in destroying a security truck and a jeep. Just don't get too close and fire. You'll save loads of time if you don't have to chase those two vehicles. Snipe the others, except for the guy on a bike. Just knock him off with a car, or get a bike and shoot him. "the first target is working on a board of advertising" to me that implies he wears a suit and is a businessman who works in an advertising company "The first target is painting a billboard" Much better.
