Jared
Thats odd. Out of curiosity are the programs still running process? Holding Tab + Alt will bring up a small overlay window showing the running programs, there names and a thumbnail. Or, there also Ctrl+Alt+Del in which you can see the running applications and processes.

Spaz The Great
What version of Windows are you running? I know in XP you can make it so that it only shows up when you scroll over it, and you can also hide it in most versions of Windows. See if you get the little resizing arrow when you scroll to the bottom of the screen.
Pandora
I had that yesterday. Even the start switch didn't work. Just do a restart and it will be fine.

Pandora
Damn. Well then try system restore. It's the only thing I can think of..
Spaz The Great
Seriously, it could just be hidden down at the bottom. See if you can click the very bottom of the screen and pull it up...

Chris
Did you try what Spaz just said? I was going to suggest exactly what he just said, as I imagine you may have accidentally hidden it by dragging it down or something.
Pandora
You mean you can't see it AT ALL. Cause I was asuming it just wasn't responding. Draging it up is simple. Just RMB at the side of the screen and un-check lock taskbar and then just drag it up.
Wheelman101
@ Jace:ive tried that already, unlocking it and when i try to drag it up its like its stuck and it wont move at all.... @chris & Spaz: already tried Oops, looks like i missworded the title ok this is what i mean when ever i minimize something, it disapears right beside the start button and wont show up... and it should also show what i have opened at the bottom between the clock and start menu Edited January 30, 2007 by wheelman101
