will99 Posted February 17, 2007 Share Posted February 17, 2007 Hi, If you go to "Status" and Scroll down to almost the bottom - There it will say: "Flying Hrs" or something and below you name: "Piolit Officer" or "Flyboy" etc...Does it MEAN anything and do you unlock or gain anything for Gettint the to Flying Rating in VC??????? Posted February 19, 2007 Share Posted February 19, 2007 I think lots of people have gotten 100% on the Xbox version of Vice City and all of them would be saying you unlock a plane on the beach or whatever you said.
