After several months of dabbling around with IPB3, we've finally decided to upgrade, and here we are on nice shiny new improved forum! The Skin As you can see we've already made modifications to the default skin. Apologies to those of you who liked the old one better, we weren't able to convert that. What I've done is integrate the forums into the main website layout, keeping the site 100% consistent throughout. New Features IPB3 brings with it a decent amount of new features, I'll give a brief overview here, and Gerard will also go into detail about a few important changes in the following post. Private Messaging PM's are now Private Conversations between you and up to 6 other members. It's pretty much the same as the old system really, with the added ability of sharing the conversation with multiple people. Statuses Those of you who are active Facebook users will know doubt enjoy using this. From the index page or your profile page you can now tell users what you're currently thinking/doing etc. This will be shown on your profile page. The Sidebar On the index page you will have noticed there is now a sidebar. This displays the latest user status updates, recently posted topics, and any forums/topics you are watching (subscribed to for updates). If this annoys you, you can always hide it by clicking the little X to the top right of it Of course there are many more. A topic will be posted later with a more in depth explanation to some of the features you may not be aware of or understand fully. Found a Bug? Something not working/looking like you expected it to? If you find a bug, let us know here. You may find that every single post on the forum shows up as "unread" for you. To fix this, you can click "Mark board as read" right at the bottom of the page. Staff Changes We've re-shuffled the staff a little. Retired staff members including Slayer and Jared have now been removed. Forum veteran Mike, whom you know as Righty, has been reassigned to the more appropriate position of Super Mod. Finally, joining me at the top is @Gerard (once again!). Gerard will be playing a much more active role on the forums now, and you'll see him implementing a number of changes soon. And on that note, Gerard will help explain some of the more important changes to how we're running this forum...

Basically this new rep system is not fair - At all. I mean the older rep system seemed fair, at least staff could give it, rather than members. And with this, anyone can vote positive or negative, which if you sometimes write something which is informative, reasonable and has a positive stance to it, you may just get bad rep out of it, which SV and Steam are fighting about. There fight just seems pointless, and the system already has got flaws from the start. The older rep system had something to it, if you did something good (Making a informative topic about GTA or whatnot) then you'd get rep. With this, someone can just post something like this: And then they get like 5+ rep from their friends. I don't see how this can even work. So basically you're not pushing yourself to work hard, as long as your friends are there rating you positive. Completely unfair. My opinion on it. Also, I try to center table in my signature, but it doesn't center itself.

I already own a PS3 (Duh lol) and I think even though this is good, I prefer to stick with my normal PS3. I mean, I don't care if it's heavy. After all, it's going to be staying in the same place. Not going to be moved in years. But think of it like this, a slim PS3 = Less power to pick it up, it's cheaper than the original PS3 AND a bigger HDD. I say you get alot for just paying a little less than what the original PS3 has.

My fav thing is to... pray to have San Andreas back. But what I liked when I had it [sweet memories] was driving around the country side, on a bike, and... jump off a cliff to try reaching San Fierro Airport. [sadly, I always landed in water]

Umm, use the edit button FFS. And note, I really don't have a wishlist as I still don't own a PS3. :/ So until I get one, not really sure what I'm gonna say. I think the Internet Browsing on the PS3 is pretty good, it just depends on the time and how well it works.

MY CURRENT TOP 10: OK, #1, ability to install Windows. #3, Better PlayStation Home, and PlayStation Store #4, Backward Compatibility with PS1, PS2, and PS3 #5, More USB Ports and Firewire (U USB, 2 Firewire would be helpful) #6, Bigger HDD, namely a 7200RPM 500GB, or more #7, comes with a keyboard, mouse, headset, and HDMI/ Component Cable #8, cheaper than the PS3 was, if possible #9, more RAM (PS3 only has 512MB) #10, Flight Simulator P.S., did you notice there was no #2? #2, Ability to play MP4 Movies, and a Better Internet Browser

I would only buy the PS3 slim if its not as heavy as a brick like the old one.

Mostly just surfing the web, check out facebook, TGTAP which I think it's etc on the list.

Finally. I'm with Evo for a night session, but i won't be able to join.

This is the topic for discussing the PlayStation 4, what you predict we will see, what you would like to see, etc. Please, no spamming, or flaming the PS3/PS Series In General. If you hate PlayStations, STAY OUT OF HERE!!!!

For what do you use the internet for?

I can't access the my signature part in the CP sometimes, it just timesout. And, is there a script/mod that allows users to disable the rep? Because there is an option in vBulletin, and i hate the stupid rep.

Point here is, to post some lmao or stupid, nasty but yet again funny. Im going to start. lawl. one more. . All i know is that after seeing the second pic, i wont sleep well.
