  1. Well if you still can't fix it, then have it reinstalled, since I tried giving you all possible solutions.
  2. Yep. Try going to the ENB homepage, you'll find one there.
  3. Do you have a Yahoo Messenger or MSN? Or a Globe cellphone perhaps? I might answer your questions better with that.
  4. The file I gave you is the mss32.dll! You probably copied the exe itself to the desktop; are you trying to make a shortcut to it?
  5. Yep, typically c:\program files\rockstar games\grand theft auto vice city
  6. Yes and when i put in desktop and i open it , it says "this application has failed to start because mss32.dll was not found .re-installing the application may fix this problem" i can't re-install it cause its only a file uploaded to me by a technician!!!! and from the root when i open it , it says "this application has failed to start because mss32.dll was not found .re-installing the application may fix this problem" too! can you please help me Try downloading it here. Extract the zip file, and then copy the DLL to the Vice City install folder.
  7. It's either that, or you moved the gta-vc.exe itself to the desktop. Are you trying to launch it from the desktop?
  8. Sorry to tell you this, but the GTA modding community is still into finding ways on how to import custom-made vehicles ingame. In other words, we won't be having new cars in IV until the 3D formats have been fully documented.
  9. Avatar: 10/10 - nice work with teh Sig: 10/10 - Nothing much to say, but it is quite impressive Person: 10/10 - He is a rather nice dude; I definitely like the way he thinks.
  10. You mean Auto-Tune? Yes, there is, although it is quite expensive, and you need a dongle for it.
  11. And the fact that the tie-in game for one of Strawberry Shortcake's movies is just an interactive retelling of the story, makes you feel that, it sucks... Movie tie-in games are a tad gimmicky, unless if they did it well and not like a half-baked piece of crap.
  12. Yeah, and I got chastized by my brother recently for reprimanding the girl. To be honest, that goes to show that you won't expect me to deal with kids too often, especially those who are rather hard-headed or something. Leave it to them, I guess. Her mum had no problems when she disciplines her daughter in the province, but when she came to our house, things get a little awry.
  13. It runs on 32-bit Windows systems. I guess your "Service Pack 3" is just a vandalised/hacked copy of XP; yes there is such a thing as SP3, but there are warezed versions of XP with addons, which are dubbed as Service Pack 3. Try downloading the real Service Pack at Microsoft's site, and then reinstall IV. As for your specs, well maybe, probably on low settings, plus some forced commandline options.
  14. Avatar - Epic 10/10 Sig - Nice depth of field, so 10 Person - I like that way you think, dude.
  15. I was expressing my sarcasm, Hyphy, didn't mean to blow a kid's brains off, although I do get annoyed at seeing or hearing them whine.
  16. Use a sticky-shocker on her. Sam Fisher does it best when knocking out thugs, and is effective on whiny annoying little spoiled brats, as well as domestic animals.
  17. lol, way worse than Eloise. I get annoyed sometimes when the kid demands a Strawberry Shortcake movie, to which her mum rants as being viewed over 9000 times. I'll be buying a Madeline film just to distract the freak out of her.
  18. Yeah. I was also a bit of a hyperactive person when I was a kid. Although I do get pissed off at them as I got older. And WRX, you should see my eight-year old niece; I let her play GTA San Andreas sometimes; I haven't let her wield a gun and spray lead on people, but she watches me scrap along with her mum.
  19. My aunt used the admonish technique on her; dunno if boogey-manning her to submission may keep her from screwing up, or at least keep her tantrums to a minimum.
  20. Yeah, to the point of b-slapping them, although I don't want to cause any disruption or something.
I'm not really that patient with kids, to be honest.
  22. OK, was thinking of this when a four-year old girl came to our house. She seems to be hyperactive, and a little persistent to the point of whining. I don't mean to be rude at her, but I get irritated sometimes when I hear her whine or something. Do you encounter similar scenarios at home or something?
