It's called setting people up. He kills his own brother, makes it look like Diaz and his crew, THEN claims he wants revenge, and it never looks like he did it. Then he can take his revenge on Diaz, while running the VCF or whatever, AND take out Diaz. It would be genius, really.

I'm just telling you, it isn't "clear" like you claim it to be. Infact, I wouldn't have thought that shape to even resemble the Vortex until someone said it did. Yet again, I'm not saying I'm right. I'm just stating the obvious... There's a chance it isn't the Vortex. I'm just tired of "Original GTA Master" almost always claiming that his opinion is going to be right. Whether you get some predictions right or not, that does not mean you are 100% sure on things.

It isn't clear..... Or there wouldn't be any doubt about it. You can't CLEARLY tell that it IS the Vortex. First off, it looks like it is resting on an angle, which it never did unless on slanted ground. Not to mention the shape is not entirely distinguishable.

You can't "clearly" see the fan..... You can't "clearly" see anything, or else no one would be debating and opinionizing over it. You can see what looks like a round shape with a slight hint of green in it.

My 13th was like, "OMG! I'M GOING TO BE 13! SO AWESOME!" Then I turned 13....... And it was like every other day/birthday/year/etc.....

Considering how the color red isn't actually even there? Doesn't look clear enough to be the vortex, to me.... I've messed with this photo a bit. I can make out that something is there, or the screen is just screwy. I can't make it out to definitely be the Vortex, though. Does make me want to play SA.
