I just think it's blurriness. The low-quality scans just made it more noticable as an object instead of just a pixelated picture. If the water is low enough on that side, it could be a low boat or something. I doubt it, though.

I don't see that same shape in this one. I DO, but not as "clear" as it was in the other one. It was probably just crappy quality that made it.

I was just pretty much like, "Hey, I want this game. Buy it for me." with GTA2. So they did. Then GTA III, then VC, and SA I pre-ordered and paid for myself, along with LCS. And with LCS I was already 17 so I could buy it without a parent there.

Modding the game or making mods yourself? The first one is easy, just check the mods section. Most of them tell you how to install things. Modding the game yourself is harder. Significanlty harder. Especially if you want to change the way things look.
