What happens when you try to run it from safe mode/normally? It restarts or..? Be more specific about your problem.

For the 100% width skin, the font should be 1 size bigger(or maybe 2)

The beta is fail, if you uninstall it you can't install right back 2007, you need to clean the registry Manually, no programs.
