Scan.(whole pc)If all else fails,change AV to KIS or KAV,and scan critical areas. This should be in Computer + Tech.

I had this problem,but found a solution. Go to the place where you need to click Scan User Tracks.But,don't click it.Instead,see that 1st option?(with Sequential,Radio,and Random) Press Enter While on Sequential,then Scan User Tracks.Then to radio,press enter and scan.Then back to sequential,and scan. Now press esc,and while here go to User Tracks Radio station. There you go.
