Haha sorry : p But yeah, everyone votes for who they want to be interviewed( you can't vote for yourself), then you see the one person who was voted more. That person is then asked questions by the community during like a week or something, then you just redo this whole process. By the way, a person can't be chosen twice, after you do an interview it's over.

I dunno, it must be kind of a big burden for someone to carry such a secret, it shouldn't be but it is. If I had a gay friend and if telling me about his sexuality made him feel better then why not? So basically each member would vote for who they would like to interview. After the voting's done, people get to ask qustions and after a while, someone else is chosen. I saw this in another forum and it worked kinda well, I think it could be cool, plus this place could use some more activity.
