ok. you need to go to skin manager. click on the new skin. then hit edit skin. go down to image directory setting ( drop down menu) and select the name of the image file ( usualy the name of skin) then hit Edit Skin Settings then your done!

UPDATE: GTADistrict site will be done in late April. It will be fully php, with downloads, POTD, Poll's etc. The forum is already up. It has over 1,300 posts and nearing 1,400.
