To install skins, you must first download a skin (mod) from our Downloads database, then download Spooky's IMG Tool 2.0 in Tools. Open the extraction .zip/.rar archive and extract the files to your desktop. Read the readme file, in the mod, for info on how to install skins/cars/bikes/boats/buildings/Helicopters/planes, etc. Hope this helps, Kel - Ice.

GTA III was ok. A little shit, with Claude not speaking, but above all, it was better then GTA II! I don't like the way the LCPD come up to your face and start shooting at your face. and chasing you down the damn street. Thats annoying. I like the M4. Very powerful.

First: Welcome to the TGTAP Forums! Read our rules Second: Go to C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas in models, theres a file called gta3.img. Open that in Spooky's IMG Tool. 2.0, and read the instructions in the file you downloaded. Hope this helps
