upgrade your video card. 8500 isnt really meant for gaming. at a shop in sydney u can get 9600gt for $125, 9800gt for $150, aTi 4850 $210 i know its a really obvious answer...but that'll give you the biggest gain in fps. just noticed ur from NZ not aus, sorry lol. im sure theres many shops that sell the same video cards there.

yeah it should run OK, but the 9400 will limit how high you can have the details etc. also with pirated version you might encounter problems (freezing, crash etc) so it's better to buy legit
