yeah, that would have to be a pain. when i was using my friends computer i honestly felt like turning it all off, my friend said he did that before, but it kept whinging about the settings he changed to disable it, saying "you're not protected"... delete this file? are you sure? yes. then the little popup "windows needs your permission to continue"... i said yes once, why would i change my mind in 2 seconds. lol.

uhh i dont think so you could always get SAMI which is like, automated, you find the zip file, then install, it does its thing (including handling.cfg etc)

i dunno about new ones, vice city is sorta old. they keep making mods for san andreas however. some other good sites to go to for downloads 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 not all of those have vcmm mods. they still have the regular txd and dff which still work, use imgtool v2 for them

did you replace both DFF and TXD ? i used sami for pretty much all my car mods in san andreas. make sure that you have dmagic wheelmod (i think) and make sure you do all the other edits: handling.cfg, default.ide, whatever else it tells you in the readme. also if you have a car in a garage eg u have super gt in a garage, and then you replace with a ferrari, if you go to that garage after youve modded, the game will crash. make sure you pull all the cars out of your garage before you mod, or you can use garage editors that are included with some trainers.

i dont think ive ever been kicked. oh wait yes i have. heaps, but cos of high ping. cos im playing in some server other side of europe and my ping is like 300 or 350. so apparently thats too high for them. in the demo someone made a few mod maps, theres some japanese server thats hosting it, that was awesome fun. havent seen a lot of cheaters. but there IS a lot of umm..whats the word. the people that get helicopters and camp at your only base, spawn killers. eg in the demo i was mec on the airfield base, america have the rest of the bases, and they are driving around the flag area with tanks, apc, helicopters, as soon as someone spawns they kill them. so gay.

just use audacity and click -> lame. Then extract the zip file into C:\program files\audacity\plug-ins , then open audacity, click edit > preferences > file formats, and where it says mp3 export setup click find library then go to the folder you extracted it to. now you can export to mp3, you can adjust the bitrate (default is 128 i think) in preferences, same place you located lame_enc.dll

LOL...i think you misread. i wrote gt4 as in gran turismo 4. i tried changing the controls in the menu, but there are none for the logitech wheel i have. but it worked before edit: i also emailed logitech about this today (wed 13 aug)
