  1. I think mine is 256-bit, not sure. I'll check Everest.

EDIT: It's 128-bit. But it runs pretty well GTAIV, SA etc. It can even run FUEL at max settings with a huge overclock like mine! :P

  2. An 8500GT 1GB or 512MB can be excellent with a level of a top-gun one overclocked to the max even with a stock fan. Runs IV flawlessly. Though I heard very bad critiques about the 94xx Series... I don't really know now but I'm okay with a super-overclocked 8500GT 512MB :P. And no dont go say OMG THE 8500GT SUX DONT BUY IT.

  3. I'll answer your questions :)

The savegames are the ones with .b format. They're tiny because they only store status data, weapons, etc, only tiny pieces of codificated code. You can put it on an usb, install SA in another computer (then start it for the first time, exit) and put the .b file on the Documents > GTA San Andreas User Files. There you go. If you want to copy your graphics settings you can also save the .set file in an USB and then replace the existing one in another computer when you do what I said above.

Hope I helped, any more questions, ask here.

  4. As I answered you before, please use the GTA SA Modding Section for that. I explained you how to make TXD's but you made a mistake, first you'll need to get 3ds Max to put the textures in model and save the car DFF with KAMS's GTA script tools to make DFF's and COL's. Then after that get G-TXD (Google it) and create a new texture file. About the crash, it's not just model and you're there, you'll need to apply car characteristics, like lightning place, driving, etc. I suggest you to google some tutorials because I only model buildings. ;)

  5. First of all this topic is in the wrong place. You could use the Modding section right below this forum. To make txd's you can just edit the game's default. Get TXD Workshop and open a TXD. For example you open a file with roads (inside gta3.img, you can use the option Open IMG to go into the HDDLETTER:\Program Files (x86 in my case)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\models) and you can, then download or make a road file and replace it. But I advise you, before replacing textures, making backups and using GTA MapEditor to localise the texture names in the model and search for them in the .img so you know what you're texturing. If you have any questions or didn't understand anything I said, ask.

  6. I don't think there's a way. The garage doors would have to be separate objects to be with garage parameters set in the .ipl map files. Since everything is one model, no luck. Only if someone edited Madd Dogg's house model and got the garage doors out but that'd crash the game.

  7. I'm interested in being a Boss on the GTA SA Gameplay & Help... I have more experience with GTA San Andreas and I can always help members for what they want everytime. That's simply the place I'm mostly active.
