Here's how it is: Grab a Shamal in an airport and head straight to the ocean, then Hold the horn for 5 sec and stop clicking the buttons. The plane will be in auto pilot but only for altitude which means it'll never fall. Head straight to the ocean 5/6 hours REAL TIME and then suicide. Enjoy.

There's actually a glitch that allows you to do that but it's really difficult.

I think this is really very known and you're not giving sufficient explanations. First you'll need to finish the mission "Home Coming", get a Shamal and leave it alone because it has auto-pilot (This is true). Secondly, to get all 150 territories you'll need to fly 9 hours real time according to a GTAForums topic. Then you'll have every hidden territory.

How did you get that Minimap (cool glitch) That happens because you have car mods installed, they conflict with certain parts of the game like that one. It has happened to me seeing car parts on the road or even in people.

No you don't. It works for all versions, you'll just have to practise.
