I most thinking it will most likely be in Vice City, if its not, I doubt they will move out of america, london would be a crap place, R* always isolate they're cities in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by water I would like to see a chicago based city, i would be new, but thats wishful thinking, 85% it will be Vice City its the cycle GTA goes in (LC, VC, SA) mostly except GTA2, a re-vamped "anywhere city" might be quite awesome, i wouldnt mind a typical american city to play in.

i would say a re-vamped VC, i mean, GTA was LC, VC Then SA GTA III was LC GTA VC was VC obviously GTA SA was SA obviously GTA LCS was LC GTA VCS was VC IV was LC its going in a cycle of LC, VC then SA VC is the best bet
