Hey. So here is my question. I've modeled my car in a 3d modeler, but now I want to put the model in the game. How do I go about this? I've searched... and searched... and searched and have found NOTHING! I'm trying to add to GTA SA and would be greatly thankful for someones help.

GTAIV is now the most successful game with making the most money in only a week of release. The next gen game has made MORE money than what Disney's Pirates of Caribbean Dead Man's Chest made in a year of release. A bit of side news, Australian Government is trying to ban the game from being placed on the shelves, although are realising (being how stupid they are) this isn't going to stop game play but instead just rise the ratings.

Hold R3 (or the equivalent to a xbox) and LOOK! YOU CAN! I actually LIKE the car controls now.. heeeee (i can stick to one thing can i) corners are so fun and find unique jumps are very very cool:) Dislike the lack of open areas (but hey its new york!) two many cops, lack of first aid (always have to buy damn food!) and lack of vests.

The 40GB PS3's are the ones which aren't freezing. I have a 120gb (upgraded from a 40) and have had no troubles. You need to turn off your PS2 upscaling. Even though your not playing a PS2 game, the CPU and GPU is still running it, causing the system to run lower than usual. GTA4 is a BIG game, its needs all the CPU and GPU usage it can get. My friend had the same problem, I told him to turn it off and he hasn't had a problem yet.

For all the people who want to play online with others right away but think they need to complete a few missions to get a cell phone... this is not true. When your first appear, simply take up (PS3), click X, scroll down to multi player and choose from different games. It does not matter if you are in the middle of a mission, you can still go to multi player while doing a mission.

Yes you do get to watch to some television... until it gets burnt... lol. I watched it for a bit but honestly its nothing special.

Ahh but actually a car doesn't spin out of control when reeving the handbrake up... where do I have my source? Legal rallying and hooning the streets when I get my hands on mum and dads piece of poo of a car:D Game play has improved alot, mainly because I got use to it, but I was very tired last night as well, lol. But yeah, good game, good missions, will be long to complete them all. As for the comments of using your handbrake around the corner, its possible, it takes alot of practise. I found the easiest way to take corners is to stop acceleration, turn the OPPOSITE way of the corner, give full gas so the bum of the car flicks out, de-accelerate and then turn into the corner, give it lots of gas again and presto your around... its a good technique for the missions where you have to chase cars. I did judge the game unfairly last night with only playing the game for a short while.

I have been playing the game for AGES! only doing missions, and still I havnt unlocked Manhattan yet (not called that in the game but you know the place). Its a huge map!

The censored version was sold in Australia, it's only cutting one scene thats it. The game is only rated MA 15+ unlike the rating in the UK at R 18+. I received me copy 2 hours early (YAY!) and upgraded to the special edition... was NOT worth the extra $30.

So some reviewers gave it a 10/10..... nice way to hype the game up. I received my game 2 hours before release and was apparently one of the first 20 aussies to have the game (well from buying it from game). In excitement I race home, threw it in (yeah don't worry its only a 5 minute installation). Now the game play is good, graphics are great, i have one problem, the controls. First, the handbrake in the car is very UNrealistic to what it is in real life. If you use the handbrake you will find the car spins out WAY to much, resulting in missing the corner, doing a 180 OR doing a 360. The controls take getting use to (on PS3), its a bit harder to go around corners as the cars don't handle to well around them, MOST of the cars have a slow feeling (i like the way cars were in vicy city and san andreas), then we get to the physics of crashing, its not as "realistic" as hyped to be, the cars supporting LESS damage than what was in previous games... I smashed into a poll doing top speed having the car simply getting a little ding and scratches. Flying out of the window is a cool feature, however annoying when in persuit and you hit another car. Getting away from police is easier, you can give up to the police, or trick them in giving up. Another cool thing I liked is when high jacking a car, when they try to get back in and you drive off, they hold onto the car, which means... they drag along with it. I'm still excited about the game, only I'm disapointed in controls and the handbrake, brake and corner handling. Thats my rant P.S... Online play is boring atm... lol because noone is online yet!

wow you must be fair stupid if you don't know what a key to the city is. People who perform heroism (in real life) get a key to the city, meaning there greatly appreciated. I assume what it would look like is a key (duhh in most cases) with it saying your acheivement (completing the game), of course if you don't know what city its to, I think you need to get on a Harry Potter forum.

I think these will be my favorite radio stations, and the public radio is always full of crazy people so I'm waiting for that. The magazine also says that if you let Niko by himself he will scratch his balls. Bahaha... I love a bit of random pointless humour... they sure did make the realistic enough... its what men do when they just stand there. Liberty Rock Radio 97.8 (classic rock) will be my favourite station. Its good that the cars won't be exploding!

As for the people who say the cops dont pursuit other peds in SA... they do. I was playing today for about an hour, I stoped for a second or two and heard gun shots... cops were shooting at two men and then chased after them...with a helicopter following soon after. I also saw a ped kill a cop (running them over) and then a nearby police car chasing them.

Just a question on the amusement park at Broker, can you go on the rides or not??

I personally don't think that question can be answered yet. I think we all need to sit down, play the game, come back and THEN answer it. Its like asking a virgin what sex feels like really. Just because the game is going to be the biggest game released this year doesn't mean it will be GOTY... but I'm not against it being that at all!

Ahh someone answered my question... you can shut off and start the car... so cool as this is a feature I have always wanted (like on Burnout paradise).

I didn't even know there was a special edition.. whats the difference between the two? Lol, in Australia we have to pay $110 for the game, $100 if you pre-order at EB games or GAME

Why does it matter if your under 18? Is the game rate R is it? I preorded mine from GAME a few weeks ago and got $10 off retail price with 1200 reward points. I will also be going to the midnight launch when it comes out, so guys in the US and UK, get on the forums at about 1am Australian Eastern Standard Time and i will tell you how good the damn game is... lol

Nope, it's actually just a pic from the third trailer... So yes i'd say it's old. It's probably a glitch or like toxic said, something actually attached to the gun. Saying something is "old" is so gay!!! just say you didn't spot it and move on you loser!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I say, looks nice, havent seen that before but going by the perspective of the shot I would guess that it isnt a cross-hair. you see how I answered without being a twat?????????!!!!!?!??!?!!!! Ahh I must say... little disapointed in the map size But I guess you can't have the cake and eat it to. I have been waiting for this game for so long!

Restoring the whole system is a bit to much for me, I have done it so many times its just not funny! Oh well... I guess I will just muck around with some things, see what happens.
