Right.I only downloaded it since I can't find it anywhere else now [all I see is GTA IV] and 'cause none of my friends still have it. Even so, I guess you should lock the topic.

Got the torrent from a friend, no worries tho, gave up, reinstalled the game.Lost my mods, but made a backup of gta3.img, with the mods in it. [tho I'm afraid to add them so my game won't fail me again]

Alright, lately, my game keeps crashing and I get a warning: 'The procedure entry point vorbis_synthesis_halfrate could not be located in the dynamic link library vorbis.dll.' So I guess this means I need vorbis.dll, since I accidentally replaced it with something else. [smaller in size] I have no idea if it is permitted or not, but can someone please give me the vorbis.dll? Game was downloaded and is version 1.

Uh... yeah, well, the Police Maverick's spotlight can be used.You can turn it on/off by pressing LShift I think. [at least that's what I use, maybe there is another button] Nothing special, mate.

Does anyone know how to fix the 'Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library' error? My game is loading, but at 90%, it freezes and the warning appears on the screen.Need help ASAP, before it's too late for the GTAForums 10k DYOM missions anniversary project!
