All sounds good except for two things. One, XP 32 is great, but XP 64 has VERY VERY little support, for 64-bit people, I'd say Vista. 2, the 940 is definetly not worth $300 over the 920. The 920 is OC able to over 3.6GHz easily with a decent mobo and good air cooling. The 940 really doesn't good any farther, and the bus speed/ cache isn't even any different. Yeah, the x8 is a problem, could be dragging you down a bit. And yeah, your processor doesn't even meet the minimum requirement. First off, it's a Pentium, and a 3.0GHz P4 ~ 2.1GHz Core 2 Solo. So basically, you have a 2.1GHz Core 2 SINGLE-CORE, and the requirement is a 1.8GHz Core 2 DUAL CORE, or basically a 5.0GHz P4 SINGLE CORE. So yeah, your processor is DEFINETLY holding you back. As I say to others, also make sure that you have a decent HDD (SATA), good speed RAM (800), good cooling, a decent mobo, etc., because even those can make a pretty good difference.

Again, these ratings are from MY experiences. Partly (but not entirely) because AVG has a much better UI in my opinion.

Recently made Level 6. ($500k) Currently I have 525k and level 7 is 750k, so only 225k more! EDIT: I don't play very much, but I'm now at about 600k.

Umm yeah, that definetly can run it. But there are also other factors that will determine your performance such as: HDD (Should be at least 320GB SATA II), Motherboard, (As long as it's good quality) and although in very minor amounts, RAM Speed.
